Have you ever attended an event or conference and felt a little overwhelmed by how to strike up a conversation with new people? Or does networking in person feel vastly different from chatting with people virtually?

You are not alone.

Scotland Women in Technology (SWIT) and AND Digital have partnered up for an event created to give you more confidence at events and network like a pro. 

During the session, you will be given tips on how to effectively network in person - including how to prepare before an event and what steps you can take to follow up with new contacts. The evening event will also provide the opportunity to put into practice the strategies you have learned. Spaces to attend this event are limited to ensure everyone who attends feels empowered to utilise their new networking techniques to mingle with might.

Join Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) and Scotland Women in Technology (SWIT) for an event focussed on hearing from professionals in the technology sector and networking with peers across the industry. There will be a panel who will discuss their experiences of learning from failure and how they react in a crisis. It will reassure you that while things can be hard, and you may feel like your back is against the wall, failure and how you react to it is a part of success. This will be a chance to collaborate, network and talk about career opportunities. So, if you’re interested in hearing from inspiring leaders this event is for you.
