Crafting award-winning submissions can be a daunting task; finding the right tone, perfecting the pitch, and balancing content can feel like an art form. Despite the best of intentions, many believe their progressive workplace programs haven't done enough to merit an award and don't complete their entries. We want to change that!

That's why Scotland Women in Tech has partnered with JPMorganChase to further empower and inspire the exceptional role models leading groundbreaking initiatives in the tech ecosystem with a new event.

Join us at the JP Morgan Chase Office in Glasgow on February 6th 2025, to hear first-hand from some of our SWiT Awards 2024 winners. They'll share updates on how their programs have evolved since the awards last November and offer valuable tips on crafting an award-winning submission for this year’s awards. Plus, they'll provide insights on overcoming imposter syndrome, which often prevents many from sharing their successes.

Maximising your networking might

AND Digital in partnership with Scotland Women in Technology – Maximising your networking might.

Have you ever attended an event or conference and felt a little overwhelmed by how to strike up a conversation with new people? Or does networking in person feel vastly different from chatting with people virtually?

You are not alone.

Scotland Women in Technology (SWIT) and AND Digital have partnered up for an event created to give you more confidence at events and network like a pro. 

During the session, you will be given tips on how to effectively network in person - including how to prepare before an event and what steps you can take to follow up with new contacts. The evening event will also provide the opportunity to put into practice the strategies you have learned. Spaces to attend this event are limited to ensure everyone who attends feels empowered to utilise their new networking techniques to mingle with might.
