Ola Clark is a Digital Experience Manager at Avanade, with a specialised focus on the non-profit sector. Ola has worked within user experience consultancy and designer roles for 6 years, focusing on ensuring that any technology implemented is user friendly and inclusive. She is incredibly passionate about always putting the human at the heart of technology and ensuring it is used to enable and empower our daily lives.

Ola has joined SWiT to combine her passion for technology, diversity and Scotland, to help make a difference through the incredible initiatives that SWiT are driving. She is excited about the prospect of being able to put her own experiences in tech to help and inspire other women to explore careers across the various areas available, whilst aiming to change the perception of the role of women in this male dominated industry.

Alongside work, Ola is passionate about travel, fitness and property development and has recently started to invest in a couple of different properties in Glasgow, with the aim of building up a diversified portfolio.
