Kayleigh is an experienced Software Engineer. She’s helped deliver multi-year transformational products including a new system that accelerated her organization's implementation of this technology – leading it to be the fastest bank to do so globally. Her tool stack is primarily Java and Spring.

She has a passion for diversity and inclusion and advocates for women in technology. During her time at university Kayleigh set up a society for women in technology and ran various events to try and foster an inclusive environment. She also hosts monthly meetups and events within her organization to try and empower the women. This involves monthly peer coaching sessions on career development, mentoring to support the advancement of peers, and team building exercises such as pottery painting.
